  Thursday 1st of September 2016, After filling my completing work capacity checklist, the doctor told me that I was fine and ready to go back to work from my injury. And yet filled out the form completely wrong stating I did not have the psychological capacity to work, I could not lift more than 5kg and I would not recover for 3-4 weeks. Also what ever details he had to fill but did not understand was left unchecked. So I proceeded to return to the centre to see him again and get it checked correctly which he then brushed aside telling me to sit down and that he was going to eat whilst I had already wasted 20mins waiting again, not forgetting the fact that when I attended to him the first time kept me waiting for almost 10mins speaking to someone on the phone from overseas. Dr. Nazmul Huda is this doctor. If anyone of importance is reading this then I seriously advice to review his employment at I-care medical & sports clinic at bankstown due to this man's incompetence and unprofessional character.
